FAQs
- Community trash and recycling pick up is on Mondays.
- Yard waste (grass and leaves) must be bagged. Branches must be bagged or tied in a bundle for collection.
- For large items (refrigerators, etc.), call (410) 222-6100 to schedule a pick up.
- Community snow plow minimum is 3 inches.
- Water bills arrive quarterly (every 3 months) from Anne Arundel County.
- Annual HOA dues are payable by June 1st each year. Bills are sent in April.
- Annual HOA meeting is the first Wednesday in November. Reminders will be distributed.
